Oh What a Night..

Last night was dart night...and oh what a night it was. I went into the match with a 13.39 PPD (points per dart) average and had a good night - a couple of bullseyes, a low ton (single round score of 100 - 150 points), and a few rounds of 70 - 80 points. They haven't updated the stats yet, but will post my new average when it's available.
Also saw two hat tricks thrown last night...by two members of my team. P threw the first one, K the second. Way to go girls!
Plus, Doug Flutie was on one of the tv screens (a college football game), the Twins were beating the Red Sox on another, the bartender was nice enough to change the big screen (right in front of where we were sitting) to the season premier of CSI (couldn't hear it but at least could see what happened to Sara), and good tunes were coming out of the jukebox.
As if that weren't enough...P noticed that the bar had flights for sale, she bought me a set of Vikings flights! Thanks again P.

Last night was the start of what has the potential to be a great weekend. The James Zackary Band starts playing again tonight (Zack took the summer off to play with another band and I have been not so patiently waiting for his band to start up again). My brother and a friend of his are coming up tomorrow. The Vikings face the Packers on Sunday. (SKOL Vikings!)

And finally, a stitchathon month starts on Monday. My goal is 20,000 stitches. Will keep you posted on how that goes.

Think that's it for now. Have a great weekend!
