What's in your bag?

This weeks SBQ....What items do you consider essential to your needlework that you keep in your stitching bag?

The only constants in my stitching bag are needles, scissors, and floss pockets (the sheets with about 20 pockets on them that you put the floss in). Or should I say bags since I have 2 stitching cases. Other than that the contents change with the project.
