What happens when cats have too much time on their hands (paws)? They come up with new games to play.
What is the current favorite game of my cats? It's a game called "trip". As in let's see who can trip Mom. They usually decide to play this game when Mom is trying to get out the door. Apparently there are bonus points involved: if Mom is not feeling well; if you cause Mom to drop something; or if you cause Mom to swear. Extra bonus points if you successfully injure Mom.
Let's just say that Mom hopes they get bored with this game soon.

Our kitten loves this game as does one of our two dogs. However, their favorite victim is my hubby.
My parents' Siamese kitties used to do this. Their other favorite game involved running all over the house in the middle of the night. For 2 small cats, they sure did sound like a herd of large critters stampeding through the house.
My cats do this all the time! It is very annoying. I hope yours outgrow it soon!
